Energy Foundry does not require an account and does not collect personal information through the app.

Squarable iOS

Squarable iOS is a simple arcade game for iPhone and iPad. The app does not require an account, does not include ads, does not include in-app purchases, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking services.

The app may save gameplay preferences and progress locally on your device, such as high scores, unlocked color themes, selected color theme, and sensitivity settings. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to 589 Software or any third party.

Color Shards

Color Shards is a puzzle game by 589 Arcade for iPhone and iPad. The game may display the title Color Theorem inside the app.

Color Shards does not require or support accounts, registration, or login. The app does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information or other user data.

The app does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, third-party data services, authentication services, payment processors, AI services, or external servers for gameplay. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, user-generated content, or social features.

Game progress and preferences, including earned shards and selected settings, are stored only on your device using Apple's local storage APIs. Shards are earned progress points. They are not purchased and are not spendable currency.

Sound is synthesized locally and haptics use Apple platform APIs. The app functions the same in all regions.

PermuLogic

PermuLogic is a single-player logic and ordering puzzle game by Riccardo Stella / 589 Software for iPhone and iPad.

PermuLogic does not require or support accounts, registration, or login. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information or other user data.

The app does not use analytics, advertising, tracking, third-party data services, authentication services, payment processors, AI services, cloud storage, or external gameplay servers. It makes no network requests during gameplay and has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid digital content, user-generated content, messaging, or social features.

The current puzzle, piece arrangement, total wins, progress toward earned skips, stacked skip credits, selected appearance theme, and seen or unseen theme status are stored only on your device using Apple's local UserDefaults storage.

Cosmetic themes and skips are earned through gameplay and cannot be purchased. The app does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or other sensitive device data.

PermuLogic functions consistently across all regions and is currently presented in English. If you contact 589 Software for support, any information you voluntarily provide is used only to respond to your request.

Service Providers

This site uses Netlify for hosting and form handling. Contact form submissions may be processed and stored by Netlify so 589 Software can receive and respond to inquiries.

The contact form also uses spam and abuse prevention tools, including reCAPTCHA. These tools may process technical information about your browser, device, and interaction with the form for security, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention.
